How it Works

  1. Choose a date and time on the calendar that is convenient for you to meet. Currently we are meeting at the Kailua Public Library. We will send you an email to confirm your appointment.
  2. After choosing a date and time, please fill out the informational request form that follows.
  3. Leave your name and the best email address to contact you.
  4. On the day of the meeting, please bring your item with you so that we can view it up close and discuss your request. We will ask to take the item with us. This is so that we can look at the item more thoroughly, write a treatment proposal suggesting the best treatment for your item, and let you know the estimated cost to have this done.
  5. We will email you this proposal and you will be able to decide whether or not you'd like to continue with treatment. If you have any questions regarding treatment, let us know.
  6. If you choose to continue with the suggested treatment, let us know through email and we will begin work on your item.
  7. If you choose not to go forward with treatment, let us know through email, and we will set up a time with you to meet and return your item.
