How it Works:
1. Schedule an Appointment – Book a time that works for you through the ‘schedule your time’ button above. Consultations take place at Kailua Down to Earth Café.
2. Fill Out a Quick Form – Share details about your book so we can prepare in advance.
3. Meet & Discuss Your Book’s Needs – Bring your book to the consultation, where we’ll listen to your goals and discuss possible conservation options.
4. We Take the Book for Full Examination – To provide accurate recommendations, we take your book with us for a detailed assessment.
5. Receive a Conservation Plan & Pricing – We’ll email you a full report with treatment options and cost estimates. Pricing is based on the book’s condition and required work—we do not provide estimates before this step.**
6. Decide & Proceed – If you approve, we begin restoration. If not, we arrange for your book’s return.
