How It Works

1. Book an Appointment  

Choose a date and time that works for you using our online calendar. We currently meet at the Kailua Down to Earth café, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.  

2. Fill Out the Form  

Complete the short informational form after booking—it helps us prepare for your request.  

3. Bring Your Item  

At the meeting, bring your item so we can take a close look and chat about your needs. We’ll ask to hold onto it afterward to:  

   - Do a thorough evaluation  

   - Draft a treatment plan with recommendations and costs  

4. Review & Decide  

We’ll email you the proposal. If you’re ready to move forward, reply to confirm, and we’ll begin. If not, we’ll arrange a time to return your item.
