BOOKING FEE

a $25 booking fee is required to reserve a book conservation consultation. This fee holds your appointment time and allows us to prepare in advance for your consultation.

ATTENDANCE & REFUNDS

• I you attend your scheduled consultation, the $25 booking fee is refunded upon request, or
• You may choose to have the booking fee applied toward conservation treatment if you decide to proceed after receiving your treatment plan.

If you choose not to move forward with conservation treatment after reviewing the treatment plan, the booking fee will be refunded.

NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

Attendance is required for the booking fee to remain refundable. 

Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice are considered no-shows, and the booking fee is non-refundable.

CONSERVATION ESTIMATES

Because every book is unique, pricing estimates are provided only after a full examination of the book has been completed. We do not provide estimates prior to this assessment.

NO OBLIGATION

Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to proceed with conservation treatment.
